Funded in 2024 – The project of Graz University of Technology (TU Graz) intends to add eduGAIN as a federated authentication  option and thus as a  login possibility to InvenioRDM,  the turn  key research data management  repository at  TU Graz.

InvenioRDM has been started by CERN and is being further developed by CERN and many partners around the world. It is an open source repository software written in Python and Javascript. It offers a variety of functions, such as the ability to assign a permanent identifier (DOI), the use of controlled vocabularies to describe objects, communities to group records together, login options like `Login with Github` and many more.

The project brings together functionality, configuration and customisation options in the python package invenio-eduGAIN.
